I'll be doing a frame, and then buying the same wheels you've got, and a 34 float. then putting all of my XTR stuff from the enduro on it, and likely moving from the 9-spd red x.o to xt or xtr. I've got some take off xtr stuff sitting in the shop, and no one's taking it, so I might just go ahead... I'll be a while on it though, hopefully end of summer here(fall is the real start to our riding season). you've got a great build. I'm definitely a fan, and pretty stoked to get mine going. I'm pretty sure I'm going to run a dropper on mine, have you thought of that? or do you run your seat in a little less than optimal efficiency height so you don't have to move it?

haha. I've posted your bike in there before I believe. your build is what I'm about to do. My old boss opened up a new Norco/Rocky shop in my home town. so I'm going to sell my enduro, and do the Shinobi. which is sweet because I'd wanted to for a while, this just makes it exponentially cheaper.
